Last Chance Shoppe celebrates five successful years in Bengough

The Last Chance Shoppe celebrated its 5th anniversary on Tuesday, June 7th, with free coffee and dainties in the afternoon. Twenty-seven guests signed the guest book. Winners of the door prizes were; Val Mazenc - canister set; Brad Bilideau

solar lights.

The Last Chance Shoppe has done $89,035.57 in sales over the past five years, with money being donated to the following organizations: Community Center, curling club, skating rink, Parks & Recreation each receiving $18,000.00. Other organizations received the following: Bengough School $250.00, Bengough Dance Club $130.00, Beautify Bengough $117.00, Bengough Minor Ball $1000.00 and the Bengough Library $470.00. Total donations made to date are $73,967.00.
