Radville - Twyla Bellefleur is the new hairstylist at Kashmere Kiss Spa. She set up shop in mid-July, and is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 am - last appointment booked. Twyla lives in Weyburn and is a former owner of Studio 7 Salon. She offers a full selection of hair styling options including men's, women's and children's cuts, colours and perms.
