Mrs. Hind’s Grade 3 and 4 Class had a great time creating their very own indoor igloo from 4L milk jugs. As part of their Science unit on Structures and Materials, they collected 624 milk jugs and hot glued them together into a cozy reading nook in the library. The structure, made out of recyclable materials, fits about ten students at a time. This past week, the students held tours of their igloo, serving cookies, and collected $1.00 donations for TeleMiracle 36.
