The second payment of Federal Gas Tax Funds of $22,725.50 received from the Government of Saskatchewan.
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs announced the 2012 Education mill rates and provided notice that changes to the incentive and discounts for Education Tax will no longer be given in 2013.

Scrivener Claims provided Information on building replacement costs and insurance claim from the hailstorm of July 2010. Council discussed and required additional information from the Insurance Company on quotes and assessment values. The Administrator will obtain additional information to be presented to Council.
Letter of request to proceed with drainage project on the north side of the CN Station. Council agreed to the project.
Leanna Wallin was honoured with an Emergency Measurers Organization award at the Saskatchewan Emergency Planners Association conference in Saskatoon.
Edie Spagrud from SSEER will be making a presentation at the Chamber of Commerce Annual General meeting on April 11th. The information being presented pertains to the Business Retention and Expansion Program done by the Town.
Information on payment received from the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program. Program is reviewing invoices for gravel, as the engineering report on roads has not been received.
