Avonlea Dance

The dance competition was held in Avonlea on Saturday, March 17th, with contestants from Avonlea, Vibank, Rouleau, Minton, Wilcox, Pangman and the Glitters Briercrest. The winners then competed in Ogema on Sat. March 24th. Avonlea's Tap Group won an award for the Most Outstanding Tap Group. Nicole Donnison won the award for Most Promising Hip Hop Solo.

The Jazz Group won the Riderville Spirit Award showing enthusiasm and love for dance. They then went on to Ogema and won Most Promising Beginner Jazz Group, Most Promising Tap Group and Celina Earl won the Award for best overall 12-14.

Well done Avonlea dancers.
