Breann Guraluick was one of 70 students across Western Canada to receive the $1,500 Monsanto Opportunity Scholarship.
This Scholarship program is for Canadian High School studets from family farms who have successfully enrolled at a Canadian Education Institution in a 1st year Agricultural program.
Successful applicants were awarded the scholarship based on demonstrated academic sandards and leadership in the community. Breann was also required to write 300-500 word essay answering the question, "In what area of ariculture would you like to work and why?"
Breann was presented with the scholarship at a banquet in Saskatoon this past December. Congratulations Breann and good luck with your studies at the University of Saskatchewan.
