Milestone -
The Milestone Skating Club presented "A Spook-tacular Evening" Friday night at the Milestone Rink. This year's coaches Megan Keys and Marie Keys were assisted throughout the year with many of the senior skaters and all of their hard work paid off. The Halloween themed night was another huge success and the large crowd that comes out year after year is never disappointed.
This year the skaters were Kianna Babcock, Jorja Beck, Mary Dixon, Calla Nicholas, Jordan Terry, William Terry, Ethan Thue, Addison Wiens, Brock Bostock, Phoenix Brown, Dustin McKim, Kade Cole, Calvin Williams, Kaden Beck, Braydon Hanson, Tessa Henry, Malcolm Pickering, Jenna Renwick, Karlie McKim, Megan Nicholas, Sydney Pedersen, Taya Wolfe, Adam Baker-Smith, Mason Beck, Braiden Cole, Brodie Garratt, Nolan Renwick, Owen Schury, Cody Treleaven, Kendall Lee, Graysen Schury, Haiven Tunison, Danielle Hanson, Sarah Henry, Kylie Beck, Emma Nicholas, Sheridan Hensler, Kayla Lee, Cecilia Vogel, Josie Short, Taylor Henry, Karsyn Wolfe, Brittany Hanson, Mercedes Arneson, and Ireland Treleaven.
MC and Scary Witch Debbie Keys was entertaining as always, introducing all of the skaters before and after each of the sixteen performances. The parents of all of the skaters did a great job decorating the entire rink and put together another great prize table. The Club held a two day carnival format again this year with costume dress-up and races on Saturday afternoon. They hosted a ham and scalloped potato serving over one hundred people delicious meal. Overall another great weekend at the Milestone Rink!
