Avonlea -
Through Rosalinde Donison's volunteer involvement woth the Avonlea Dance Club and the ScotiaVolunteer program, she was able to acquire a $1,000 donation for the Dance Club. This will be used to purchase a new floor for the Masonic Lodge where they practice, as the old one was wearing and causing the dancers to get splinters. This will not only benefit the dancers, but also the members of the lodge, who will have a new floor. The Scotiabank program allows its employees to access funds for nonprofit groups and clubs that it is onvolved in.
